4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

  • Customers must prepare the correct cash amount.

  • EASTAFRICACOD LLC reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse delivery without valid reason.

5. DELIVERY

  • Delivery time depends on location and order confirmation.

  • Delays may occur due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer not reachable

    • Weather, transport, or unforeseen circumstances

Customers must be available to receive the order at the provided address.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders must be confirmed by phone or message before dispatch.
If we cannot reach the customer, the order may be cancelled.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported at delivery or within 24 hours.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refund approval is subject to inspection.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers agree to:

  • Provide correct name, phone number, and address

  • Respond to confirmation calls/messages

  • Treat delivery staff respectfully

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Delays beyond our control

10. FRAUD & ABUSE

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Block customers who repeatedly refuse delivery

  • Take legal action in case of fraud
